LocDrop is built for real-world social discovery, events, and community. These Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on LocDrop. By using LocDrop, you agree to follow them.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Guidelines.
1. Respect Other People
Do not:
- Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate others
- Use hate speech or promote hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics
- Encourage dogpiling, abuse, or targeted harassment
- Repeatedly contact or provoke someone who has made it clear they do not want contact
2. No Sexual Exploitation or Explicit Abuse
Do not post, share, organize, request, or promote:
- Sexual exploitation
- Non-consensual sexual content
- Sexual content involving minors
- Content that depicts or promotes coercion, trafficking, or abuse
Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation will be removed and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3. No Violence, Threats, or Dangerous Conduct
Do not:
- Make credible threats of violence
- Encourage self-harm or harm to others
- Promote violent acts, assault, or intimidation
- Organize or promote events intended to facilitate violence or serious harm
4. No Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity
Do not use LocDrop to:
- Scam, defraud, phish, or impersonate others
- Sell or promote illegal goods or services
- Organize unlawful activity
- Mislead users about who you are, what an event is, or what will happen there
5. No Impersonation
Do not impersonate:
- Another person
- An organizer, venue, business, or brand
- LocDrop staff or representatives
Parody or fan accounts must not mislead people into thinking they are official or real.
6. No Spam or Manipulation
Do not:
- Send spam
- Repeatedly post duplicate or low-quality content
- Manipulate engagement, invites, reposts, or discovery systems
- Create fake accounts to evade enforcement or inflate visibility
7. Respect Privacy
Do not:
- Share private or sensitive information without permission
- Doxx or expose someone’s address, phone number, email, precise personal location, or other non-public information
- Use LocDrop to track, monitor, or target someone without their consent
8. Use Photos and Media Responsibly
Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not upload media that:
- Violates another person’s privacy
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Is deceptive, harmful, or abusive
- Violates these Guidelines in any other way
9. Event and Group Safety
Events, drops, and groups must not be used to:
- Promote harassment or abuse
- Coordinate dangerous or illegal activity
- Trick users into attending under false pretenses
- Evade moderation or safety enforcement
If you create an event or group, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you post.
10. Follow Local Laws
You are responsible for following applicable laws and regulations where you live and where your events take place.
11. Reporting and Blocking
If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, use the in-app report and block tools. Reports help us review abuse, fraud, safety threats, and other violations.
Abuse of the reporting system may itself result in enforcement.
12. Enforcement
If we believe you violated these Guidelines, we may take action including:
- Removing content
- Limiting visibility or features
- Restricting messaging, posting, or event creation
- Suspending or permanently disabling your account
- Preserving information for safety, fraud, or legal review
We may also act on behavior that happens off-platform when it creates a credible safety risk for people on LocDrop.
